Come home before you move in.

You approve a home from drawings and then meet it on handover day. Everything that goes wrong lives in that gap. We close it — you walk your finished rooms at full size, at eye height, while changing your mind is still free.

A whole 2BHK — hall, kitchen, both bedrooms, both bathrooms and the balconies — walked through before anything is built.

How we remove the surprise

Three things happen here that mostly do not happen elsewhere.

  1. See it

Stand in the room before it exists.

You walk your finished kitchen before a single sheet of ply is cut. A change made in a headset costs nothing. The same change on site costs weeks, and a conversation nobody enjoys.

See it — how it works
  2. Plan it

Three real options, not one take-it-or-leave-it.

Layouts, material shortlists and costing come back in days rather than weeks, because the slow parts are automated. You get to compare alternatives instead of accepting the first thing you were shown.

Plan it — how it works
  3. Track it

Every Friday, whether you ask or not.

Photographs and progress arrive on WhatsApp at the end of each week. You find out about a delay in the week it happens, not on the day you were expecting your keys.

Track it — how it works

Six theme worlds

Pick one and everything changes to match.

The fastest way to find out what you like is to see it. Choose a world and the colour, type, materials and light around you all move together — the same way a real scheme has to hold together.

How we work

Ten stages between a first call and your keys.

Watch the plan build itself. Every stage leaves behind a drawing, a document or a decision — and the next one does not start until it exists.

  1. 01

    Discovery call and site visit

We measure the home properly, photograph the existing condition, and find the things nobody mentions on a phone call — beam drops, shaft positions, window heights, what the society will and will not allow.

  2. 02

    Requirement brief

How you actually live: who is in the house, what has to be stored, where everyone ends up in the evening. If you have done the Design DNA questionnaire, this arrives already half-written.

  3. 03

    Space planning and Vastu

Several layout options rather than one, generated quickly with AI assistance and then judged by a human against light, circulation and Vastu principles. You see the alternatives we rejected and why.

  4. 04

    3D concept and material board

Photorealistic views of every room, plus the physical samples in your hand. Laminates and stone look different under your own light than they do on a screen, so you get both.

  5. 05

    VR walkthrough

You walk the finished home at full scale before approving it. Ceiling heights, corridor widths and how the kitchen actually feels to stand in are things no drawing communicates. Changes made here cost nothing; the same change at stage nine costs weeks.

  6. 06

    Design freeze

Working drawings, electrical and plumbing layouts, an itemised bill of quantities and the final quotation. One document, every line visible, no allowances hidden in a lump sum.

  7. 07

    Agreement and payment schedule

Payments tied to delivered milestones rather than to dates, with a written programme. You know what has to be true before each payment falls due.

  8. 08

    Production and procurement

Shutters and carcasses manufactured in the factory with quality checks at each stage, and every vendor delivery tracked against the programme so a late handle does not quietly become a late kitchen.

  9. 09

Site execution — with weekly updates

Photographs and progress reach you on WhatsApp every Friday, without you asking. A live snag list runs alongside it, and slippage is raised with you the week it happens rather than confessed at handover.

  10. 10

    Handover and aftercare

Deep clean, every snag closed, warranty documents collected in one place, and a care manual telling you how to look after each material in the house. We come back at three months to check.

What we do

Whole homes, or the part that is bothering you.

  • Most of what we doTurnkey home interiorsThe whole home, from empty developer shell to the day you move in. One contract, one programme, one team accountable for the result.
  • ModularKitchensLayout, storage engineering, counters, appliances and services. The room with the most decisions per square foot, and the one worth getting right first.
  • ModularWardrobes and storageStorage designed around what you actually own rather than a standard shutter count. Often the fastest way to make an existing home feel twice the size.

Questions

The things people ask first.

And if what you want to ask is not here, it is probably specific to your home — which is the sort of question worth asking a person.

Ask us directly
What does a full home interior cost?

It depends far more on scope than on size — how much joinery, which finishes, whether civil work is involved. Rather than publish a rate that would be wrong for most people, we ask about your budget early and plan to it honestly. If what you want and what you have set aside do not meet, we would rather tell you at the first meeting than at the quotation.

How long does a project take?

A typical two or three bedroom turnkey home runs about ten to fourteen weeks on site, after the design is frozen. Design itself usually takes three to five weeks depending on how quickly decisions are made. We give you a dated programme before you sign anything.

Can I really see the design in VR before approving it?

Yes. We build the 3D model anyway, so putting you inside it costs nothing extra. It matters most for things drawings communicate badly: ceiling height, corridor width, how much light a room actually gets, and whether the kitchen feels cramped when two people are in it.

How will I know what is happening on site?

Photographs and a progress note reach you on WhatsApp every Friday, without you having to ask. A running snag list sits alongside it. If something has slipped, you hear about it that week rather than at handover.

Do you work with a fixed set of materials?

No. We have preferred vendors because they have proved reliable, but the specification follows the brief and the budget. Every material in your quotation is named with its brand and grade, so you can compare our quote against anyone else’s line by line.

Do you take on partial work, or only whole homes?

Both. A kitchen, a wardrobe wall or a single room renovation is a perfectly reasonable place to start, and a good way to see how we work before committing to a whole flat.

Not sure what you like yet?

Nine short questions, mostly pictures. You will come away knowing your theme, your materials, and roughly what your home should cost to do properly.
